Arbor Heat and Power Appoints New Project Manager
Arbor Heat and Power is delighted to announce the appointment of Anthony Richardson to the position of project manager. He joins Arbor Heat and Power from Rural Energy where he was a project manager for 3 years, responsible for the delivery and installation of biomass heat and power (biomass CHP) systems which he firmly believes has run its course.
“In its day, Biomass was the solution, but the technology has not moved on and was not terribly reliable. Gasification is definitely the future – we have the technology, it’s cleaner, achieves low or zero carbon emissions and ticks all the boxes with regards to a sustainable heat and power solution”, says Anthony.
He has over 10 years’ experience managing new build projects and the installation of renewable energy systems. Anthony started his career as a grass-roots plumber and property developer before joining commercial building services company Skerrits in Nottingham as a project manager. He then moved to W T Parkers, an electrical contracting company, as contracts manager overseeing installations for the MOD.
Anthony has a HNC in Building Services (Engineering) and is passionate about delivering the correct renewable energy solution while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. He is also very proud of joining Arbor Heat and Power whom he holds in the highest regard.
Richard Griffin, CEO, said: “Anthony has considerable new build and project management experience and his knowledge of biomass and now gasification will ensure that he delivers customers’ projects with the utmost professionalism. We are delighted that he has joined the team and we look forward to him developing his role with the company”.
